Viva Magenta!

The folks at Pantone have one again decided on a new color of the year. Last year it was a shade of Periwinkle, this year is a rosy shade of magenta. To my eyes it closer to the red family. Whatever you call it, it’s a rice tone.

New Designs, New Fabrics

It’s steamy out there but I’m trying to stay cool in the studio and have been working on some subtle, classic breezy styles for summer… Wait! who am I kidding!?! I’m creating maximal, over the top patterns that will make you smile and cheer us up! The Y2K revival and 1970s patterns and colors continue to dominate the runway with bold patterns and textures. Next I’ll have to take up crochet.
