biography
Eleanor Ramsay is a teacher of arts and technology in education committed to promoting intelligent, thoughtful uses of new media. Prior to shifting her career to education, Eleanor was an award-winning design professional for more than twenty years and also the artistic director of Boston Rock Opera, an independent theater company. Her creative work has been centered on storytelling, whether through song and performance or web-based media, photography and painting. Eleanor has received many awards and citations for her design work, her work with Boston Rock Opera and her visual art. Her paintings have been shown in Syracuse, New York, and her prints and photography have been shown in Boston. She holds a BFA from Syracuse University and a MSAE from Massachusetts College of Art.
